Care of materials

AKSAMIT is a silk, cotton, wool or chemical fiber fabric.

We wash cotton velvet by hand or in a washing machine in lukewarm water, remember about a short centrifugation. If you are not sure which fiber is the product, it is better to give it to dry cleaners.

You can smooth the heavily crumpled fabric over the pair. Lightly iron on the left side and gently brush.

COTTON

Cotton is one of the most popular natural fibers and is characterized by high resistance. Cotton materials easily dye and can be whitewashed. On the other hand, cotton fabrics are not very flexible, easy to crumple and poorly hold the heat. However, no other material is so durable and resistant to frequent washing. Cotton can be washed at up to 60 ° C. To avoid fading colors, wash colored cotton at up to 40 ° C using detergents for colored fabrics. Spinning the washing machine for cotton can be set to 800-1000 revolutions.

The cotton can be dried in a dryer. However, it should be done in accordance with the recommendations for specific types of materials, otherwise there is a risk of contraction. The cotton is pressed with a hot iron (3rd grade) with steam. Depending on the type of material, it is recommended to iron the cotton on the left side.

GLITTER

The fabric can be made of acetate, cotton, silk, viscose or mixed fibers – the important thing is that all brocades should be cleaned chemically.

ELASTIC FABRICS

Elastic fabrics made of chemical fibers, mainly based on polyurethane. Elastics are best hand washed in lukewarm water or in a washing machine program for very delicate fabrics. The materials are rinsed by hand, slightly centrifuged or wrapped in a towel. We hang up to dry the elastic. They can not be ironed.

SILK

Silk can be natural or synthetic fiber. It is characterized by gloss, delicacy and low weight. The washing process is optimally adapted to the requirements of silk fibers. Silk is very delicate. Even sunlight or sweat badly affect the fabric. Therefore, silk products should be washed after each use to remove the odor of sweat. Silk does not like soaking in enzyme powders and preparations containing chloride. Silk can be quickly refreshed by rubbing it soaked in a light salmiak solution and an imprinted cloth. We can not rub wet silk. We only remove stains chemically – in the laundry, mark out what are the stains. The last step of drying in the dryer will loosen the silk fibers and thus prevent creasing. Because silk fibers are very sensitive to high temperatures, silk should be ironed yet damp, on the left side, a slightly heated iron (max. 1 degree).

CROWNS

Crowns very delicate lace should be washed in a cotton bag. In enzyme powders, steep them briefly and then rinse them immediately when they are clean. A bit of borax can be added to the washing water. The water will be softer and the lace more white and tight. Do not unscrew after washing, only lightly squeeze the water. To give the lace the right shape, hang them to dry. Cotton laces should be scraped and ironed on the left side with a hot iron. As a general rule, chemical fiber laces should not be ironed.

KREPA

Krepais a fabric that must be hand washed in warm water. After washing, wrap in a dry towel to absorb water. We iron on the left side with a warm iron when the fabric is still damp. An iron for a pair is recommended.

LINEN

Linen stands out for its durability and durability. In addition, it is less susceptible to dirt and absorption of unpleasant odors. Because of the small stretch, you are very bent. Requires hand wash at low temperature. .Color and dark materials made of linen should, however, be washed at a temperature of up to 40 ° C, so that they do not lose their colors. Spin the washing machine preferably between 400-600 revolutions, so that you do not have problems ironing the fabric. Linen dries best after hanging. It should be ironed on the left side, otherwise the material will start to shine. Glowing places can be removed by pressing them through a damp piece of material.

SATIN

Satin – we wash in the mode of “gentle washing” or by hand. Satin should be ironed on the left side slightly damp on the left side. The iron should be medium warm-summer. Do not sprinkle, because the water leaves stains.

SZTRUKS

Sztruks- we can wash it in the washing machine – for this purpose, the clothing should be turned over to the left side and washed at 40 degrees. The fabric can not be rubbed – it can lead to fraying. Before drying and during the drying process, the fabric should be smeared and the fibers should be smoothed. It is a fabric that does not need to be ironed – and if you want to do it, you should iron the still damp cloth, gently, through a cloth folded into a few layers.

THE CHINES

The Chines should be washed in “gentle washing” mode. Do not wring it.
Iron the summer iron when the fabric is almost dry. During ironing, we stretch slightly, giving the right shape.

TAFTA – All other types of taffeta should be dry cleaned.

TIUL – should be washed in “gentle washing” mode. Soft cotton tulle to slightly starch. Dry in a traditional way.

WOVEN FABRICS we wash them in a manual manner. It is not allowed to centrifuge or wring them in the hand. To dry it, wrap it better in a dry towel and squeeze the water. The fabric is dried on a hanger. Usually, you do not have to iron it – however, when you bend heavily we can use a summer iron on the left side of the fabric.

WELUR – We clean only chemically.

WOOL

Wool keeps the heat very well and is often used for the production of sweaters and other delicate winter clothing, such as scarves. The wool is washed at low temperatures. As a standard, we wash wool products at 30 ° C or by hand. Spin the washing machine for 400-500 revolutions. Wool can not be soaked for a long time, it causes the fabric to shrink. Special measures should be used to wash wool in cold water. Wash gently by squeezing. You can not rub.
Woolen clothing will dry up as soon as possible if you wrap it in a towel and squeeze it lightly and then put it on a dry towel. If the wool has shrunk during washing, stretch the product while it is still damp. Products made of camel wool, thick wool flannel, felt, or camouflage should be cleaned chemically.
It can be ironed at low temperatures or using steam, through a moist piece of material. The knitted sweaters regain their delicacy after being put in the freezer for a while.

VISCOSE

In appearance, the fabric is similar to silk, wool, canvas or cotton, but it should be dealt with much more gently. Rayon is a viscose product. Wash often, by hand, in cold water. Viscose coincides during washing, therefore it should be washed in cold water. Do not curl, squeeze or stretch during washing. In order to maintain the shape, it should not be unscrewed. The fabric perfectly preserves colors and softness. We iron it with a steam iron or as a still wet fabric. Fabrics with gloss should be ironed on the left side, and without gloss – on the right. The seam can not be pressed too much with the iron.
